Selma native Jantanese Bonner has started a new business venture called “Apartmeetz” that helps tenants with less-than-perfect backgrounds find rental properties.
“Apartmeetz” is a privately owned rental directory that works with tenants who may have less-than-perfect credit, prior evictions or criminal issues.
Bonner said in an announcement on social media that the business idea came about after being a leasing consultant in Montgomery, working with people who could not fit the property’s requirements and her thoughts of people being homeless.
