Meadowview Christian School held its last graduation ceremony on Sunday May 11 with last headmaster the Rev. Michael Perry.
The school opened on Sept. 7, 1970, with 332 students and 18 faculty members and is expected to close its doors as MCS on May 16 after serving for 55 years.
The class quote is, “Together we have experienced life. Separate we will pursue our dreams. Forever our memories remain.”
The graduating class of 2025 includes: Morgan Louis Barnes, Jaylynn Taiwon Moore Brown, Sean Michael Davis, James Caleb Dunkin, Stephen Gage Franklin, Brandon James Holt, Kenlynn Leigh Lawrence, Re’Yanna Riquel Prewitt, Constance Marie Simmons, Madison Michelle Smith, Mina Calelle Smyly, John-Quarius Diyon-Lee Watts, Madison Elise Williams, Azereia Sherell Wilson, Valedictorian Emily Regan Boswell, salutatorians Emily Alyssa McCloud and Cathrine Nicole Perry.
