MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
             Under the powers contained in that certain mortgage executed by MARK ANTHONY CLAY and LAKEISHA MICHELLE PRINCE to BENJAMIN H. EDWARDS, dated March 22, 2013, and recorded in RLPY BK 1485, at Page 115, in the Dallas County, Alabama, probate records, default having been made in the performance of the mortgage terms, the undersigned, having declared due and payable the entire indebtedness secured by said mortgage, will, during the legal hours of sale on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Dallas County, Alabama Courthouse, in Selma, Alabama, the following described property situated in Dallas County, Alabama:
Lot 9 and 10 of Block N, according to a map of Highland Park Realty Company Subdivision recorded in the Probate Office of Dallas County, Alabama, in Map Book 2, Page 15, said property being more particularly described as follows:
Begin on the South margin of Tenth Avenue 100 feet west of the Southwest intersection of Tenth Avenue and Franklin Street; and run thence South parallel with Franklin Street 150 feet to the North margin of a 12 foot alley; thence West along the North margin of said alley 100 feet; thence North parallel with Franklin Street 150 feet to the South margin of Tenth Avenue; thence East along the South margin of said Avenue 100 feet to the point of beginning.  Â
            Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the above described mortgage and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the mortgage terms, including payment of foreclosure expenses.
