Recipe: Infused water recipes refresh without excess sugar

Infused water adds sweetness without excess sugar.

These fruit infused water recipes are great for adding subtle sweetness without excess sugar. Eat the fruit afterwards to get the most out of this tasty treat!

Ingredients

Blackberry Mint

  • 40 blackberries, smashed
  • 40 Mint leaves, torn in half

Blueberry Orange Basil

  • 3 oranges, quartered
  • 30-45 blueberries, squeezed
  • 9 basil leaves, torn

Citrus

  • Oranges, sliced
  • Grapefruit, sliced
  • Lemons, sliced

Pineapple Orange

  • ¼ pineapple, sliced
  • ½ orange, sliced with peel

Raspberry Lime

  • 4 limes, without rind
  • 40 raspberries, smashed

Strawberry Kiwi

  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • 5 strawberries, sliced

Watermelon Rosemary

  • ¼ seedless watermelon
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary

Directions

For each recipe, mix the ingredients with a gallon of water and stir. Serve over ice.
