Selma's Tally-Ho was mentioned in a story from AL.com that listed 15 restaurants that have "stood the test of time".

The report said that the estimated date of the establishment of Tally-Ho is 1942. It is among others in the list to date back to the 30s and 40s.

Tally-Ho was noted for the menu, including the sauteed crab claws, fried artichoke hearts, French onion soup, shrimp and grits, linguini alfredo, French country chicken, fried catfish and the hand-cut, flame-grilled ribeye.

The restaurant is located at Magnum Avenue in Selma.
