When teens in Dallas County, Alabama, get into trouble with the law and have to serve time, they're sent to the Perry Varner Educational and Treatment Facility or the Juvenile Detention Center. Black Belt News Network's Todd Prater talked to the team that runs both to see what they do to rehabilitate teen and help kids get back on the straight and narrow.
