Demopolis City Council met Thursday night and deeded land to the renovation team of Rosenbush Hotel and talked about code enforcement and trailer restrictions.

The council sent the overlay that would restrict trailers and mobile homes to the planning commission and set up a committee to handle issues with code enforcement of buildings downtown.
