At 29, Demopolis native Rachel England is Alabama’s youngest District Attorney. Black Belt News Network's Todd Prater talked to England and learned about how she became District Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit, which is Green, Sumter and Marengo counties. England also talks about her challenges fighting crime in her circuit and what she is doing to meet those challenges head on, including launching a circuit-wide Major Crimes Unit.
