A 1,200-square-foot pavilion near Water Avenue should soon go out to bid.

The Selma City Council at their July 28 work session received the plans for the Innovative Tourism Hub. The Hub is part of a tourism-based revitalization project funded by a Delta Regional Authority grant. The building will include meeting space, a concession area and restrooms.
