Montgomery Fire and Rescue responded to the reported fire at approximately 7:54 a.m. with several engines and other vehicles. The structure is a two story building in which smoke was seen on the second floor.Â
"Crews declared a W-3 working fire and made an aggressive attack on the fire contained to one room, bringing it under control," said a post on the department's Facebook page.
No people were found inside of the building after responders put out the fire. There were no injuries to any civilians or firefighters.Â
The cause of the fire is unknown and the case has been turned over to the State Bureau of Investigations.Â
