Tompkins Baptist Church in Grove Hill will host a cancer awareness and community health on March 19. 

There will be resources and education on screening for cervical, breast, and colon cancer. There will also be local health vendors.

The event will be hosted from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. by the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

It will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the church located at 14130 U.S. 43.
