Santa and Mrs. Claus met with children at Songs of Selma park after the Christmas parade on Saturday.

The City of Selma is taking nominations for its 2025 Christmas Parade on Sunday, Dec. 7. 

"This year’s parade theme is Legends and Lights, nominate a legend who you think embodies that spirit and has made a lasting mark on this community," said a post on the city's social media.

"Think about individuals who have big hearts, helping hands, or work that speaks louder than any spotlight ever could."
