Two foot soldiers of the civil rights movement will share their stories at an event honoring Women's History Month at the Montgomery Interpretive Center on March 27.Â
Janet Howard-Moore and Margaret Howard will talk about their experience during the movement and being raised by their mother in Perry County during the Jim Crow era.Â
The event will be held at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Montgomery Interpretive Center located on 1521 Harris Way.Â
