Next month the Alabama African American Civil Rights Heritage Consortium will host an online meeting on its Legacy Youth Leadership Program.

The program is looking for youths of ages 14 to 18 to join in an effort to preserve Civil Rights history.

The consortium is a collaboration of locations such as Brown Chapel in Selma that were sites of the Civil Rights Movement.

The meeting will be held via Zoom on Jan. 23, 2021 at 10 a.m. Legacy Youth Leadership members from Birmingham, Montgomery and Selma will be present.

More information about the consortium can be found at aaacrhsc.org. To sign up for the free meeting, click here.
