The Selma High School Saints put on an offensive show against Keith, delivering an impressive performance on both sides of the ball to secure a commanding 64-24 victory.

The Saints wasted no time getting on the scoreboard. In the first quarter, Michael Hosea opened the scoring with a touchdown at the 10:32 mark. Keith answered with a touchdown of its own, but Selma quickly responded as Jordan Glover found the end zone. Hosea continued to make an impact, picking up a loose ball and returning it for another touchdown at the 4:57 mark.

As the second quarter began, the Saints kept the momentum rolling. Cedrick Simmons scored a touchdown, followed by a successful field goal from Michael Hosea. Keith’s Eric Hall managed to find the end zone, but Selma’s offense continued to put points on the board.

Hosea added another touchdown at the 8:22 mark before Kaden Peoples delivered a major defensive play with a pick-six at 6:32. The Saints’ defense continued making plays, with Bryan Shears coming up with an interception. Simmons capitalized with another touchdown at the 4:06 mark, followed by another successful kick from Hosea.

With just 45 seconds remaining before halftime, Cairen Curtis found the end zone for another Saints touchdown. Hosea added the extra points, sending Selma into halftime with a commanding 51–12 lead.

The Saints showed no signs of slowing down after the break. Blaine Scott scored a touchdown in the third quarter at the 6:12 mark, with Hosea adding another successful kick. Later in the quarter, another touchdown extended Selma’s lead even further.

When the final whistle sounded, the Saints (9-1) walked away with an impressive 64-24 victory over Keith. The Saints play Carroll High (6-4) in the playoffs Friday night at Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m.
