The deadline to register for the Young Farmers Conference in Gulf Shores is coming up next week on Jan. 3.Â
The conference will kick off on Friday, Feb. 9 and is intended for people interested in agriculture who are of ages 18 to 35.Â
Highlights of the first day include the following:Â
- Outstanding Young Farm Family (OYFF) judging
- Reception for County Young Farmers Committees chairmen
- Social reception for all attendees
- Conference kick off and keynote address by Braxten Nielsen, sponsored by Alabama Ag Credit and Alabama Farm Credit
