A driver from Selma was injured after his truck was hit by a train on Friday, Nov. 3. 

According to WAKA, the truck was carrying asphalt when it was struck at Highway 219 off Dallas Avenue. The truck was turned over and landed in a ditch. 

The accident caused a four-hour shut down and the driver was taken to Vaughan Regional Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
