The first annual Laps for Lupus/Mental Health will be held at Bloch Park and the YMCA of Selma-Dallas County will host a health fair this Saturday.Â
The 5K walk and run will begin at Bloch Park at 9 a.m., followed by a health fair at the parking lot of the YMCA at 10 a.m.Â
All proceeds from the events will be given to the Selma Lupus Support Group and Cahaba Mental Health.Â
There will be food, giveaways and live entertainment, as well as medical screenings, nutritional information, bingo, children's activities and others at the health fair.Â
The event will feature Jeremy Flyy and Flight Control, Justin Perkins, Amir Thrash, Dr. Herman Turner and DJ Whoodini.Â
