Austin Obasohan, a former superintendent of the Selma City Schools (SCS) district, has passed away at the age of 65.Â
An online statement from SCS said that Obasohan was superintendent from 2009 to 2010.Â
"His impact on the community was profound, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this challenging time," the statement said. "His contributions will never be forgotten, and he will be deeply missed."
