A grand opening and ribbon cutting will be held for the new Orrville Public Library on Saturday, June 6.Â
The library was constructed after $500,000 was secured by Rep. Terri Sewell in the 2023 federal budget. The ground was broken in December of that year, but it had many delays leading to its completion.
The new library is located next to the Orrville Town Hall.Â
The ribbon cutting will be held at 11 a.m. at the library's location on 14761 Main Street in Orrville.Â
