District Attorney Robert Turner announced on Friday that a man has been arrested in connection to the manslaughter case of a woman from Reform.Â
According to his statement, Erica Lativia Latham, 26, was killed in the early morning hours of March 29.Â
"She was a daughter, a beloved member of her community, and her loss is felt deeply. Any loss of life is one too many," said Turner.Â
DeAndre Langhorne was identified as the suspect and has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in the Perry County District Court.
"The speed of this arrest is a direct reflection of the professionalism and commitment demonstrated by all involved," said Turner.Â
The investigation is ongoing and anyone who has information to add is advised to contact the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency at 334-676--6000 or the Uniontown Police Department at 334-581-5144.
