A man from Uniontown is accused of alleged sex abuse of a child under 12, as well as human trafficking and sodomy charges. 

According to WAKA, Richard Vanderslice, 60, was arrested on Wednesday at around 6 p.m. A search warrant was executed at his residence. 

He faces a human trafficking in the first degree and a sodomy charge also in the first degree. 

He was placed in the Marengo County Jail without bond.
