Marion Military Institute (MMI) will hold a ribbon cutting for its new dining hall on Jan. 12 at 11 a.m.Â
The facility is a $10 million project that will seat 500 people and will feature a special event space, a private dining area and a kitchen that has been described as "state of the art".
Following the ribbon cutting will be a reception in the special event hall.
Officials broke ground on the facility in September 2022.Â
