The Montgomery County Commission will hold a public hearing on District 5 needs at the Snowdoun Volunteer Fire Department on April 18 at 6 p.m.Â
"The purpose is to gain citizen input on needs within District 5, as well as allow public comment on the county's current and future Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program(s)," said a message from the commission.Â
"The public hearing will be a time for consideration of submission of an FY 2023 CDBG application and discussion of activities viewed as the County's most pressing community development needs."Â
Those with disabilities or communications impairment may call the commission at 334-832-1210 for accommodations.Â
The Snowdoun Volunteer Fire Department is located at 219 Hobbie Road.Â
