The Montgomery County Commission has invited residents and stakeholders to contribute their voices to a community survey to develop a strategic plan.Â
"The survey provides an opportunity for residents to share their perspectives on Montgomery County's strengths, challenges, and priorities for the future," said a press release from the commission. "Responses will help identify community needs, and inform the goals and actions included in the strategic plan."
The commission recently partnered with TPMA to develop the plan, which includes stakeholder interviews, focus groups, meetings with county leaders, and a public forum scheduled for sometime in November.
Additionally, demographic and economic data, existing county plans, and other data will be collected along with survey responses.Â
The plan is slated to be completed in May 2027.Â
