Montgomery police continues to ask for the public's help in identifying the murder of Jeffery Williams on May 12 in which a $1,000 cash reward is being offered for information. 

On May 12 police were called to the 1100 block of Oak Street at approximately 1:14 a.m. where they found Williams - who was 34-years-old - with a gunshot wound. He was transferred to a hospital but died on May 18. 

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Montgomery Police Department at 334-241-2651 or the department’s investigations division at 334-625-2831 or 334-625-2843.
