The Montgomery Police Department is seeking answers to a murder that took place on Jan. 3 and a $1,000 reward is being offered by Central Alabama CrimeStoppers for information.Â
On that date police and fire medics were dispatched to a local hospital where several people were being treated for gunshot wounds. Willie Grant, 18, was pronounced deceased while two juveniles had sustained non-life-threatening injuries.Â
Investigators learned that the shooting took place at the 3800 block of Chatwood Street.Â
"The investigation has been ongoing for over a year and investigators ask anyone who may have seen something or know something to please come forward," said a post on CrimeStoppers' social media.Â
