Morgan Academy JV softball off to good start for 2025 season

Anna Logan Lee hit her first home run against Edgewood.

The Morgan Academy junior varsity softball team is off to a good start in 2025.

The girls beat Hooper Academy 10-0, Fort Dale 7-3, Lowndes 10-0 and Edgewood 8-0.

Chuck Oates said the team’s pitchers have been pitching very well, including Miles Avery Bond, Avery Stone and Cassidy Peal.

He said the bats have been on fire behind Anna Logan Lee, Mckenzie Oates, Brynlee Chappelle, Georgia Sams, Bella Roberts and others.

Oates said Anna Logan Lee hit her first homerun against Edgewood.
