The National Weather Service (NPS) will host an anniversary event at Arts Revive of the tornado that struck Selma and elsewhere earlier this year.Â
The event will be held on Jan. 13, 2024 - one year after the natural disaster hit and caused millions of dollars in damage.Â
"Various agencies will be in attendance with preparedness items for free," said an advertising graphic. "Tell your story, learn, prepared, and enjoy some refreshments."Â
A mosaic dedicated to those who were impacted will be unveiled at Arts Revive, which is located at 3 Church Street in Selma. The event will be hosted from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Â
