$1.3 million home has this incredible feature

A house on sale for over $1.3 million has an incredible feature - an ornamental vine growing into the conservatory, where you can pick grapes.

Balnain Villa is a Grade II listed detached home located in Bathford, Somerset.

The house which has been in the same ownership for nearly 20 years features a "well-established" vine in the garden room.

Owners can have the chance to pick their own green grapes and take care of the vine if they wish to.

Despite not producing wine grapes, the estate agency Hamptons said the "ornamental vine" is a "stunning" feature in the house.

This house in Bathford Hill is available on the market for £1,650,000.
