A one-of-a-kind Alice in Wonderland-themed tiny home is on the market for $215,000.

The pink, 1,014-square-foot home - built in 1926 - features one bedroom and one bathroom, and is filled with whimsical nods to the classic children’s story.

Through the pink front door, you enter an immaculate living room that flows into a dining space adorned with clocks, a playful tribute to the White Rabbit.

The dining room also features teacups, saucers, and pocket watches suspended from the ceiling.

Outside, a covered seating area decorated in pink and gold includes red playing cards representing the Queen of Hearts, as well as Alice’s legs - complete with her signature black-and-white stockings - hanging from above.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, the property is currently operating as a themed Airbnb for overnight stays and daytime rentals. However, the seller is willing to remove the décor and restore the home to a clean, neutral finish prior to closing.

The unique property is currently listed by Nick Cannon, from United Real Estate.

Speaking about the home, Nick said: "James Rae Designs, led by Jaimie Kikendall and Ashley Zeirnke, is known for turning ordinary spaces into unforgettable themed experiences, but this project was something more personal.

"Jaimie had long envisioned a non-children’s Alice in Wonderland Airbnb, capturing the story’s darker, more immersive side. When partner Josh Heldman found the perfect property, that vision came to life.

"Together, they designed, built, and hand-crafted nearly every detail. From coffee-stained pages of Alice in Wonderland books to real pocket watches, teacups, custom branches, and hand-sculpted pieces, every element was thoughtfully curated to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

"This isn’t just a themed Airbnb, it’s a fully immersive world where imagination takes over, and every detail and corner of the house tells a story, leading you further down the rabbit hole."
