The iconic "Breaking Bad" home has been bought by streamer Adin Ross for a whopping $1.3m.

Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home featured prominently in the hit show "Breaking Bad."

The home was listed by Alicia Feil of Keller Williams Realty for $400,000, down from the initial $4 million asking price.

Alicia told journalists the initially hefty price tag was decided after someone who claimed to sell "famous" properties in Hollywood convinced the owner that $4 million was an appropriate listing price.

It has been reported that homeowner, Joanna Padilla, had received 20 offers for the famous spot, with streamer Adin Ross coming out on top.

Adin is planning on turning the home into a replica of Walter White's home.

Speaking to the Albuquerque Journal, Alicia Feil said: “I was genuinely surprised by the sheer intensity of global interest, especially given that the series ended more than a decade ago."

Adding that the sale is “a true testament to the quality of the show and the enduring, almost timeless, devotion of its fans.”
