High winds and flood damage impacting locations across Montana

MONTANA - President Donald Trump approved Montana's request for a presidential major emergency declaration to address significant flooding in Lincoln and Sanders counties and the Blackfeet Nation.

Governor Greg Gianforte expressed gratitude for the swift federal response, via Facebook.

"Thank you President Trump for your immediate response to support our recovery," said Gianforte.

The emergency declaration will provide federal resources to aid local recovery efforts. This support is crucial for the affected communities as they work to rebuild and recover from the flooding disaster.
