A massive theme park could be yours for just $1.56 million.
GreenWood Family Theme Park, in North Wales, has been put on sale by owners Continuum Attractions.
A listing on Rightmove touts that the "eco-focused" park is set on 34 acres on the northern fringe of Eryri National Park, or Snowdonia.
The park includes rides such as the Green Dragon Roller Coaster, a zip line, and a solar-powered water slide.
Solar panels at the theme park, installed in 2015, bring in $12,500 a year — generating 70% of the power to run the park — keeping energy bills low.

The site includes 680 parking spaces and receives more than 110,000 visitors each year, making $2.63 million in revenue.
As well as rides, the site includes a glamping village offering views of Wales’ highest mountain.
The current owners purchased the park from its former family owners in 2017, when 159,000 visitors attended the park.
While 150,000 visited in 2018, rising to 155,000 in 2019, the park’s attendance dropped sharply in 2020 to just 48,000, when COVID restrictions saw many theme parks closed or subject to restrictions for much of the year.
Since then, visitor numbers have been lower — reaching a high of 125,000 in 2025.

Now, the current owners are searching for a new owner to take over.
The company’s CEO, Andrew Pawson, said: “We can confirm that GreenWood Family Park is now being marketed for sale and we would welcome the opportunity to speak to interested parties.
“We believe this is the right time to find a new owner as we refine our portfolio and seek an operator who can take the park into its next chapter, building on its fantastic foundations.
“Most importantly, the park continues to operate as normal.
“We remain fully committed to supporting our brilliant team and to welcoming guests for what promises to be another busy summer season and beyond.”
