The festive streets of Vietnam. (William Lailey via SWNS)

By Charlie Fenton

Joyous photos show festive shop fronts in one of Vietnam's Christmas hotspots.

Images have captured Hàng Mã Street, in the Asian country's capital of Hanoi as it transforms each December in preparation for the jolly season.

Shop fronts can be seen bustling with Christmas trees, neatly decorated wreaths, stockings, candy canes, and other festive ornaments.

Lifesize gingerbread and Santa figures can also be spotted inside with colorful decorations hanging from the ceilings.
