Downtown Selma

Omega Chi Chapter is offering free rides to the polls for the runoff election in Selma tomorrow. 

Running for election are: 

  • Mayor, Johnny E. Moss III and Aaron “The Veteran” Roper
  • City Council, Ward 1, Charles Bennett and Troy Harvill (I)
  • City Council, Ward 5, Timfreit “Drano” Drane and Nadine Sanders-Sturdivant
  • City Council, Ward 6, Ashley Ervin and Atkin Jemison (I)
  • School Board, Dist. 4, Brittney S. Houser and Dr. Tanya Summers Miles

The rides are a partnership of Omega Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and Selma Democracy Center of the Center for Common Ground.
