A Pike Road senior was awarded a scholarship from the Waters Alumni Chapter of Troy University (TU).
Mary Hayden Hargrove plans to major in exercise science and pursue a career in physical therapy. She is a member of the Pike Road softball team and is a student athletic trainer.
Hargrove was awarded $750.
“It is an honor to receive this scholarship from The Waters Alumni Chapter,” Mary she said in an announcement from TU. “I am very excited to get started at [Troy] and find ways be of service int the community and the University.”
