Progressive Agriculture Safety Day for youths in the third grade will be held on Sept. 15 at the Black Belt Marketing Innovation Center.Â
Topics to be covered will be ATV safety, chemical safety, fire safety, animal safety, equipment safety, hidden hazards, first aid, disability awareness, bike safety, and sun safety.Â
Lunch, snacks, t-shirts and goody bags will be provided.Â
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Old Taylorville Entertainment Center at Black Belt Marketing Innovation Center on 4134 U.S. Highway 80.Â
