A $1,000 reward is still being offered for information that could lead to answers in the murder of a Montgomery man in August. 

According to CrimeStoppers 215 STOP, Ja'Richo Hinkle was one of two people shot on Aug. 8 in the 3000 block of Woodley Road.

Police responded to the scene at around 5:50 p.m. where the two were found and transported to Baptist South Hospital. Hinkle later died of his injuries while the second victim survived. 

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Montgomery Police Department at 334-241-2651.
