A ribbon cutting and grand opening was held for The Flats short-term rental apartments in the downtown area.Â
The complex is a combination of 1900s and modern architecture that offers fully furnished rooms and is said to be ideal for travelers, holiday guests and family visits.Â
The Demopolis Industrial Development Board and the Business Council of Alabama also gave updates for attendees during the celebration.Â
The Flats is located on Walnut Drive.Â
