Selma Housing Authority (SHA) CEO Kennard Randolph was a featured speaker at the Public Housing Authorities Directors Association's (PHADA) Annual 2025 Commissioners' Conference.Â
The national conference took place in Miami on Jan. 6. Randolph facilitated the New Executive Director’s roundtable along with Antonio McGinnis, Executive Director at Huntsville Housing Authority.
"New Executive Directors walked away with a wealth of knowledge to implement innovative strategies, improve operational efficiency, and foster an inclusive environment that supports growth and development for all stakeholders," said a post on SHA's social media. "Selma is in Miami making a difference!"
SHA's social media went on to say that the aim of the conference was to share ideas, collaborate and "explore innovative strategies for strengthening our communities."
