"Randolph’s recognition highlights his dedication to improving the quality of life for residents, spearheading innovative initiatives, and fostering strong partnerships within the community," the statement said. "His forward-thinking approach has not only enhanced housing opportunities but also set a standard for excellence in affordable housing development across Alabama."Â
Upon receiving the award, Randolph acknowledged the importance of teamwork in his success. "This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of my incredible staff. I am blessed to lead such a committed team, and together we are making a difference in the lives of many," Randolph said. "To God be the glory."Â
