A Dallas County jury has found a man from Selma guilty in the murder of another man at a gas station in 2018.Â
According to WAKA, Jimmy Lee Tyus was found guilty of two counts of first-degree assault and shooting-into-an-occupied-vehicle. The victim was Earnest Daniels III, 26.Â
The shooting took place at the Raceway Gas Station on Highland Avenue.Â
Tyus now faces 10 to 99 years in prison and will be sentenced at an unspecified date.Â
