Dondi West, a Selma native and Assistant General Counsel at GlaxoSmithKline, will join a panel discussing AI in cyber security at the 2024 RSA Conference in San Francisco.Â
West's background includes advising senior tech, digital, and security leaders on cybersecurity at TikTok and Microsoft in addition to GlaxoSmithKline. The panel is titled "Navigating the Legal Landscape of Generative AI in Cybersecurity".Â
"I'm honored to be a part of this critical conversation at RSA," said West. "As organizations increasingly embrace genAI technologies, it's vital that we proactively address the novel legal challenges and risks that come with this innovation. I look forward to collaborating with my esteemed colleagues on the panel to provide practical guidance for businesses."
Other panelists will be Katherine Forrest, partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and James Sfekas, Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft.
The panel will be moderated by J.J. Jones, Assistant General Counsel, Cybersecurity Regulatory Strategy, Compliance & Operations at Microsoft.
