Energy company Spire supported schools in Selma by donating and distributing items at a back-to-school event held by C.H.O.I.C.E (Choosing to Help Others In our Community Excel) on Aug. 3.

The event supported 125 students in grades 9-12.

Additionally, Spire employees helped to assemble tables at Brantley Elementary School. They also mounted monitors and participated in a school supply and backpack giveaway at Payne Elementary.
