Tomorrow Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) will start a tour in the seventh congressional district of Alabama to educate the public on the American Rescue Plan.

The "American Rescue Plan District Tour" will have roundtable discussions, constituency meetings and visits to sites in the district.

“As Representative of Alabama’s 7th Congressional District, I remain committed to ensuring that my constituents have access to every resource necessary to weather this pandemic. I was proud to join with Congressional Democrats to pass the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan into law,” she said in an announcement.

“Because we passed this life-saving legislation, we can now put vaccines in arms, children back in school, money in pockets, and people back to work! This tour is a crucial step in ensuring that my constituents are both informed and supported as we continue moving forward in crushing this virus!”

Tomorrow Sewell will host a telephone townhall where she will talk about stimulus checks, as well as housing assistance, vaccination and other topics.

The townhall will take place at 6:30 p.m. Click here to register.
