"Team Rubicon" is a new series on Roku that will feature the tornado recovery efforts in Selma and will premiere on May 25.

Team Rubicon is a veteran-led nonprofit that has been assisting in Selma ever since it was hit by the tornado on Jan. 12.

“The series gives not only a look at the life of a ‘Greyshirt’ in the field by sharing their incredible stories and the impact they have in the communities they serve,” said Art delaCruz, CEO of Team Rubicon.

“It also shares how their services promote resilience and recovery as the frequency and intensity of disasters increase. We thank Roku for joining our ranks and so genuinely sharing these stories and encourage everyone to join us and help before, during, and after disasters.”

The series is from the producers of the famed home improvement show, "This Old House". The show features volunteers working to restores homes that were destroyed during the tornado.

“Team Rubicon has provided exceptional aid to millions of people since 2010, following the Haiti earthquake. It is an honor for us to be able to showcase their work as they epitomize hard work and resilience,” said David Eilenberg, Head of Content, Roku Media.

“This organization and these volunteers and survivors show the best parts of humanity, and we look forward to spotlighting their incredible stories on The Roku Channel.”

The show will stream for free on Roku. See below for a trailer:
