The University of West Alabama’s Division of Lifelong Learning and Economic & Workforce Development will host FranklinCovey’s "6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team" on July 21.Â
"The program focuses on six essential leadership practices that help leaders transition from managing tasks to effectively leading people." said a press release from UWA.
"Participants will learn practical strategies for setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, creating accountability, improving employee engagement, and achieving results through effective team leadership while fostering a positive workplace culture."
