STATE LANDS DIVISION
NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO BID FOR THE LEASE OF TRACTS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING
In 2020, the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, State Lands Division awarded leases for the 2020-2025 Hunting Lease cycle pursuant to a bid notice dated June 25, 2020. State Lands is now accepting written bids for tracts that did not successfully lease pursuant to the 2020 Notice or are otherwise available for leasing during the remaining year of the 2020-2025 Hunting Lease cycle which ends June 30, 2025.
Our records indicate that you previously expressed potential interest in leasing such tracts. Accordingly, you are receiving this notice as to an opportunity to submit bids. Please see attached Invitation for Bids for details. A Sample lease and Maps of all available tracts can be found at https://www.outdooralabama.com/public-notices/hunting-leases.
