The Hatch Bobcats wrapped up their region schedule on Friday with a 52-0 road loss to Choctaw County in Butler.Â
The Bobcats struggled to slow the Tigers’ offense, which found the end zone in every quarter to seal the decisive win. Hatch, meanwhile, couldn’t sustain drives against one of the region’s toughest defensive units.Â
With the loss, Hatch finishes 3-3 in Region 1A-3 and 4-5 overall, placing fifth in the region standings, just outside playoff qualification. The Bobcats will close out their season next week with a non-region matchup at Dallas County on Oct. 30.Â
